Solis Agrosciences announces expansion of leadership team
Solis Agrosciences, created to provide R&D crop development services, recently announced the appointments of Charlie Bolten as chief executive officer and Susan Martino-Catt, PhD, as chief operating officer.

Rabo AgriFinance, a subsidiary of Rabobank, a leading global food and agribusiness bank, recently announced the expansion and strengthening of the RaboResearch Food & Agribusiness (F&A) team in North America by welcoming Chase Beisly, Eric Gibson, Charlotte Talbott, and Matt Lewis to the growing team.
Rabobank’s RaboResearch F&A group is a global team of more than 80 analysts who monitor and evaluate global market events that affect food and agriculture worldwide. The new members join more than 20 analysts based in North America.Read more
BioZyme Inc. adds to its sales team
BioZyme Inc., headquartered in Saint Joseph, Missouri, has announced new additions to its sales team. Paul Hill, of Nunn, Colorado, will serve as one of the directors of national sales, and David Sinclair, of Danville, Indiana, is the area sales manager for Indiana and Michigan.In his role, Hill will lead half of the sales team, replacing Bob Burkham, who is shifting to additive sales within BioZyme. Hill is a third-generation cattle producer, and he and his family currently raise registered Charolais and Simmental cattle. He is very active in the Colorado Simmental Association, where he serves on the board and is a co-junior advisor.Read more
Carlson to build state relations at National Pork Producers Council
Steph Carlson has joined the National Pork Producers Council as assistant vice president of state and national relations. In her role, she will serve as the primary NPPC point of contact for state pork organizations. Carlson will be based in Des Moines, Iowa.Carlson most recently served as U.S. Sen. Joni Ernst’s (R-IA) deputy legislative director and policy advisor. She also has worked for U.S. Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-IA) and former U.S. Rep. David Young (IA-03). Additionally, Carlson was the producer outreach and federal policy director at the Iowa Pork Producers Association.

McCollum succeeds Jean-Charles Tissot, who has been overseeing this region since 2019 and will now lead the global autogenous vaccines’ activities. Brad McCollum will lead Ceva’s business development and activities in the United States and Canada.
A graduate of the University of Oklahoma, Brad McCollum brings an impressive 25-year career in pharmaceuticals and animal health. Dean Banks appointed CEO Of Indigo Ag
Indigo Ag, an innovative leader and trusted partner in sustainable agriculture, and Flagship Pioneering, a bioplatform innovation company announced this week that Dean Banks will join Indigo Ag as chief executive officer and CEO-partner of Flagship Pioneering, effective February 1, 2024. Banks will also continue as an Indigo board member, a role he has held since July 2022.

AGCO names chief digital and information officer
AGCO, a global leader in the design, manufacture and distribution of agricultural machinery and precision ag technology, announced the addition of a chief digital & information officer (CDIO) to its senior leadership team, reporting directly to chief executive officer Eric Hansotia. Viren Shah will become an AGCO senior vice president and CDIO effective January 16, 2024.
