Sponsoring one of our content theatres offers significant in-hall visibility and pre-show promotional opportunties. With only four packages available, this is a real chance to stand out from your competitors and align your brand with your chosen industry sector.

Visibility:

On-site theatre will be prominently branded with your logo.
Option to play a corporate video or display a digital ad on the theatre screen between sessions.
Your company cited as ‘Theatre Sponsor’ wherever mentioned in pre-show marketing communications. This will include email marketing campaigns and social media.
Company and logo listed as a ‘Theatre Sponsor’ in our printed on-site content guide.

Lead Generation:

Receive a GDPR compliant list of on-site attendees to your Product Innovation session no later than one week post-show. Data to include name, company, job title, country and email contact.
You will also have access to a GDPR compliant list of attendees who bookmarked your online session within the event planner.

Please note: Each theatre will contain a mix of content sessions, some curated by our Editorial Team, and others from exhibitors. As Theatre Sponsor you will have significant branding rights across the theatre, but no input over other content sessions hosted there.

Sustainable Innovation* - This theatre is available only to those sponsors with a Bronze+ Rated stand, under our Better Stands programme. Prior to finalising your purchase of this package, we invite you to engage in a meaningful conversation with us regarding your sustainability initiatives.

Product Innovation

The pharma community comes to CPHI to learn what’s new, to understand the path to innovation, to find market-leading partners and for inspiration.

Do you have a product launch, new technology or successful case study to share? Present your chosen topic to a captive audience in one of our four show-floor theatres.

Thought Leadership:

25-minute presentation with your chosen topic and speaker.
The presentation will be recorded on-site and uploaded to CPHI Online within 24 hours, where it will remain for one calendar year,
An MP4 of your session provided post-event for your own marketing purposes.

Visibility:

Your logo on holding slides during your on-site presentation
Your session promoted via our online event platform, featured on the 'Agenda' page.
Your session listed in our printed on-site content guide.

Marketing Promotion:

Your session promoted as part of the event marketing campaign, targeting all pre-registered attendees
Your session promoted via our event planner, featured on the 'Agenda' page.
Your session promoted as part of the overall content programme, via CPHI social media channels

Please note: For 2024 we will also have Theatre Sponsorships available. Each Theatre will have one lead sponsor, for more information see the Theatre Sponsor package. Product Innovation Sessions are limited to one per customer.
