Onsite Feature Sponsorship
The launch of Anticipate London sees the return of some familiar features from our legacy events but also the introduction of four new flagship areas of the show floor.
Anticipate London was born out of the realisation that there are some topics – in the context of keeping people and property safe and improving wellbeing – that cut across the safety, security, and FM professions. The Keynote Arena is the flagship stage where these topics will be presented.
Featuring speakers at the top of their game, the Keynote Arena will be built to host over 300 visitors and will be located centrally to the overall event.
Content themes:
VUCA (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, Ambiguity) – Dealing with risk
AI & Digitalization – Breaking down a rapidly evolving tech stack and what it means for our audience
Future of work and workforce
The Keynote Arena presents a prestigious opportunity for the right sponsor.
The sponsor will receive:
Branding on all promotion for the Keynote Arena
Branding onsite on the theatre build, directional signage and agendas located at the Keynote Arena
An opportunity to present the opening address for each day of the show
The opted-in data (up to 500 records) for anyone who is scanned into the Keynote Arena
Price - £19,995 (+Vat)
Topics discussed at the Think Tank are complex and involve multiple viewpoints and solutions. Key questions such as defining a 'Smart City' and achieving carbon net zero targets will be tackled.
Each roundtable will have 6-8 figureheads moderated by a professional with audience participation. Speakers will continue conversations in The Green Room, where the audience can join to network.

Data is crucial for operational teams to manage resources efficiently. While energy consumption and occupancy are well-analyzed, others, such as surveillance for environmental performance and wellbeing trends for productivity, are emerging.
Anticipate London’s Nerve Centre visually showcases various data metrics on a giant LED screen, serving as a demonstration zone for tech that aids safety and security chiefs in navigating a crisis as it unfolds.
The Nerve Centre simulates real-life scenarios, offering audiences insight into professional challenges and system responses through audio-visual demonstrations.
Example timetable
Transport hub security incident
Tall building fire evacuation
Major stadium security incident
The Nerve Centre can feature one or two sponsored demonstrations a day. Sponsors will receive:
Branding aligned to their session on all promotion for the Nerve Centre

PPE often fails to accommodate women and individuals whose body types don't align with standard male sizes, compromising safety and confidence. This interactive exhibit will raise awareness through demonstrations, talks, and hands-on experiences with inclusive PPE.
